Privacy policy

What we store

Your X id, handle, name and avatar; the posts you write in Plugloop; your X access tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; your product details and posting times; and counts of clicks and sales for your tracked links.

Visitors to your links

When someone clicks a Plugloop link we record the time, the post it came from, and a one-way hashed visitor id. We don't store IP addresses or build profiles of visitors.

Payment data

If you connect a payment provider, we read sale amounts and reference codes to match sales to posts. We never see or store card numbers.

Who we share with

X (to post for you), Anthropic (to draft posts when you ask), Supabase (database), Render (hosting), Composio (payment connections) and our billing processor (for Plugloop subscriptions). Nothing is sold.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from Settings, or email mail@plugloop.app. Your data is removed within 30 days.
