Terms of service

Plugloop is a scheduling and analytics tool for your own X account, run by an independent developer.

Your account

You sign in with X. You're responsible for what you schedule and for following X's rules. Plugloop only posts what you write, schedule, or set up (like an auto-plug reply under your own post), and never replies to other people's posts automatically.

Plans and payments

Paid plans unlock higher monthly limits. Limits reset monthly. Lifetime plans last for the life of the product. If something goes wrong with a charge, email mail@plugloop.app and we'll make it right.

Availability

We work hard to post on time, but X's API can fail or change. We retry failed posts and show every error in your account. We're not liable for missed or delayed posts.

Ending

You can disconnect X and delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or X's rules.
